It seems like most everyone has a sport. And most of these sports are "yours" because you grow up with them. Your parents indoctrinate a love of that certain game from childbirth. This doesn't happen to all people, they normally end up not liking sports or become a fan of one for more logical reasons. My sport was football. My old man and I would ceremoniously watch it on Saturdays and Sundays, we did not go to church, so football was the closest thing to church I've had. Besides my Dad bestowing the love of football upon me, what drew me to the sport was how damn cool everyone looked. All the colors, shinny helmets, and logos of animals. These guys looked like a cross between superheros and gladiators. By age 7 I had all the NFL teams memorized by city, nickname, and colors. Over the years I have become an expert in football uniforms.
I am starting by ranking my top ten favorite football uniforms in college football. Next will be NFL, CFL, Arena Football, and more.
